ECC-SMART Project Management Board Meeting

This important meeting included active participation from the Leaders of the Project Work Packages and the project Coordinator, CVR. ENEN was represented by Kateryna Piliugina.

Key Discussion Points:
🔍 Evaluation of the project progress through review of the objectives, deliverables and milestones for each work package; discussion of the research results.
🗓️ Planning for remaining deliverables, communication & dissemination activities, and the final project report.
🤝 Focused discussions on ongoing collaboration, future initiatives, and enhancing project documentation.
